Breville’s Gourmet Electric Wok is the first electric wok to deliver stove top results. The reason for this is the embedded 'butterfly' heating element which delivers consistent, high-wall heat for authentic Asian-style cooking. Endlessly versatile, this electric wok also features 15 heat settings and 'High Sear' setting for sealing the flavor of meats and vegetables. The base is detachable and all parts except for the heat probe are dishwasher-safe.
